Why oh why must I eat so much granola every time I make it?! Does anyone else have that problem? I mean, I can seriously go through half of the batch before I even think about sharing it! And putting granola over yogurt?! I definitely do not comprehend that concept. Why waste my precious granola by putting it over bacterial cultures? (Sorry if that may have offended some of you granola/yogurt lovers. I’m sure it would taste just wonderful over yogurt, too!) This batch of granola was actually made in an effort to re-create the wonderfully salty-sweet combination of my favorite flavor of Kind Bars-the Maple Pecan & Sea Salt. If you have not tried it yet, you totally should. It is full of good-for-you-nuts as well as fiber. This granola is the perfect treat when you’re really craving that bar. Hope you enjoy!
