It only takes 5 ingredients to make this quick, easy, and deliciously healthy honey mustard vinaigrette!
One of my absolute favorite dressings to douse my salad in is honey mustard dressing. However, most of the honey mustard dressings I find at the grocery stores are either too rich and thick or have gluten in them. (Yes! Even salad dressings can contain gluten, so make sure to double check the nutritional labels!) Before I met Cohl I had never made my own vinaigrette. Heck, I rarely ate salads. The first dressing I ever learned how to make was a balsamic vinegar. After that, I was hooked. As long as you have some olive oil and vinegar on hand the sky is the limit as far as making a vinaigrette is concerned. This one is so simple and you probably already have most (if not all) of the ingredients on hand. Pour this dressing on a bed of spinach and top with some tomatoes, toasted pecans and maybe even a little goat cheese. Hope you enjoy!
